Synopsys (SNPS) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c, Offers Guidance

Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) reported Q1 EPS of $1.52, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $970 million versus the consensus estimate of $958.78 million.

GUIDANCE:

Synopsys sees Q2 2021 EPS of $1.50-$1.55, versus the consensus of $1.53. Synopsys sees Q2 2021 revenue of $970-1000 million, versus the consensus of $987.5 million.

Synopsys sees FY2021 EPS of $6.23-$6.30, versus the consensus of $6.30. Synopsys sees FY2021 revenue of $4-4.05 billion, versus the consensus of $4.03 billion.
