Columbia Sportswear (COLM) Tops Q1 EPS by 24c; Lifts Outlook

Columbia Sportswear (NASDAQ: COLM) reported Q1 EPS of $1.07, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $0.83. Revenue for the quarter came in at $654.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $646.78 million.

GUIDANCE:

Columbia Sportswear sees FY2019 EPS of $4.40-$4.55, versus prior of $4.30-$4.45 and the consensus of $4.41. Columbia Sportswear sees FY2019 revenue of $2.98-3.03 billion, versus prior of $2.97-$3.03 billion and the consensus of $3.01 billion.
