Lithia Motors (NYSE: LAD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized. This is a 3.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.29.

The dividend will be payable on May 24, 2019, to stockholders of record on May 10, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of May 9, 2019.
