CoreCivic (CXW) Tops Q4 FFO by 1c, Offers Guidance

CoreCivic (NYSE: CXW) reported Q4 FFO of $0.63, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $482.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $459.32 million.

GUIDANCE:

CoreCivic sees FY2019 FFO of $2.36-$2.44, versus the consensus of $2.40.

CoreCivic sees Q1 2019 FFO of $0.58-$0.60, versus the consensus of $0.57.
