Charter Communications (CHTR) Misses Q4 EPS by 14c, Revenue Beats

Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) reported Q4 EPS of $1.29, $0.14 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $11.23 billion versus the consensus estimate of $11.14 billion.

Fourth quarter Adjusted EBITDA1 of $4.2 billion grew 4.6% year-over-year, and 7.6% when excluding fourth quarter mobile revenue and operating expenses.
