Hershey Foods (HSY) Misses Q4 EPS by 1c, FY EPS Guidance Tops Views at Mid-Point

Hershey Foods (NYSE: HSY) reported Q4 EPS of $1.26, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.99 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Hershey Foods sees Q1 2019 EPS of $5.63-$5.74, versus the consensus of $5.65.

• Full-year reported net sales are expected to increase in the 1% to 3% range.
