Norfolk Southern (NYSE: NSC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.86 per share, or $3.44 annualized. This is a 7.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.80.

The dividend will be payable on March 11, 2019, to stockholders of record on February 4, 2019, with an ex-dividend date of February 1, 2019.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.1 percent.
