ADM Directors Declare Cash Dividend

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (NYSE: ADM) Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of 33.5 cents per share on the company’s common stock payable on Dec. 14, 2018, to shareholders of record on Nov. 23, 2018.

This is ADM’s 348th consecutive quarterly payment, a record of 87 years of uninterrupted dividends. As of Sept. 28, 2018, there were 560,503,021 shares of ADM common stock outstanding.
