Modine Manufacturing (NYSE: MOD) reported Q4 EPS of $0.44, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $566.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $528.02 million.

GUIDANCE:

Modine Manufacturing sees FY2019 EPS of $1.50-$1.65, versus the consensus of $1.73.

• Full fiscal year-over-year sales up 3 to 8 percent;
• Adjusted operating income of $135 million to $145 million; and
• Adjusted earnings per share of $1.50 to $1.65, including the impact of a higher year-over-year effective tax rate of 27 to 28 percent.
