Modine Manufacturing (MOD) Tops Q1 EPS by 9c

Modine Manufacturing (NYSE: MOD) reported Q1 EPS of $0.39, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $515.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $482.7 million.

GUIDANCE:

Modine Manufacturing sees FY2018 EPS of $1.20-$1.35, versus the consensus of $1.36.

• Full fiscal year-over-year sales up 25 to 30 percent;
• Adjusted EBITDA of $175 million to $185 million;
• Adjusted operating income of $100 million to $110 million; and
• Adjusted earnings per share of $1.20 to $1.35.
