Kimco Realty (KIM) Tops Q2 FFO by 27c

Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM) reported Q2 FFO of $0.41, $0.27 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $0 versus the consensus estimate of $292.78 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kimco Realty sees Q3 2017 AFFO of $1.50-$1.54, versus the consensus of $1.52.
