Live Nation (NYSE: LYV) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.22), $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.33). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.4 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.26 billion.

• Ticketmaster Fee-Bearing GTV at Constant Currency Up 18% through First Quarter
