Cogent Communication (NASDAQ: CCOI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 4.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.42.

The dividend will be payable on June 2, 2017, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2017, with an ex-dividend date of May 16, 2017.
