CoreCivic (NYSE: CXW) reported Q4 AFFO of $0.72, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $0.62. Revenue for the quarter came in at $464.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $458.96 million.

Sees FY 2017 FFO of $2.22-$2.30 versus consensus of $2.19
