Kimco Realty (KIM) Tops Q3 FFO by 1c; Updates FY16 FFO Outlook

Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM) reported Q3 FFO of $0.18, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.17. Revenue for the quarter came in at $285.08 million versus the consensus estimate of $289.16 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kimco Realty sees FY2016 FFO of $1.49-$1.51, versus prior guidance of $1.48-$1.52 and the consensus of $1.37.
