Ventas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q3 FFO of $1.03, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $867.12 million versus the consensus estimate of $843.17 million.
GUIDANCE:
Ventas sees FY2016 FFO of $4.10 - $4.13, versus the consensus of $4.13.
