Highwoods Properties (NYSE: HIW) reported Q3 FFO of $0.82, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.81. Revenue for the quarter came in at $166.29 million versus the consensus estimate of $169.05 million.

GUIDANCE:

Highwoods Properties sees FY2016 FFO of $3.26 - $3.28, versus prior guidance of $3.20 - $3.28 and the consensus of $3.25.
