Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) reported Q2 FFO of $1.43, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.39. Revenue for the quarter came in at $623.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $612.38 million.

GUIDANCE:

Boston Properties sees Q3 2016 FFO of $1.40-$1.42, versus the consensus of $1.45.

Boston Properties sees FY2016 FFO of $5.92-$5.99, versus the consensus of $5.93.
