ON Semiconductor (NASDAQ: ON) reported Q1 EPS of $0.17, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $817.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $820.3 million.

GUIDANCE:

ON Semiconductor sees Q2 2016 revenue of $835-875 million, versus the consensus of $855.2 million.
