Standard Motor Products (SMP) Misses Q4 EPS by 21c

Standard Motor Products (NYSE: SMP) reported Q4 EPS of $0.35, $0.21 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $205 million versus the consensus estimate of $222.75 million.

Guidance:

"Looking to 2016, we forecast sales increases in the low single digits, in line with industry averages, though the sales increases for the Temperature Control line can vary either up or down as a result of the weather."
