Fossil Group (FOSL) Tops Q4 EPS by 16c, Offers Q1 & FY Guidance

Fossil Group (NASDAQ: FOSL) reported Q4 EPS of $1.46, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $1.30. Revenue for the quarter came in at $992.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $923.86 million.

GUIDANCE:

Fossil Group sees Q1 2016 EPS of $0.05-$0.20, versus the consensus of $0.42.

• Net sales to be in the range of a 3.5% decrease to a 1.0% increase
• Operating margin in a range of 7.0% to 8.5%

Fossil Group sees FY2016 EPS of $2.80-$3.60, versus the consensus of $3.18.

• Net sales to decrease in the range of 7% to 10%
• Operating margin in a range of 1.0% to 2.5%
