Golub Capital BDC (NASDAQ: GBDC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share, or $1.28 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 7, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 3, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 8.3 percent.
