Anadarko Petroleum (APC) Posts Q4 GAAP Loss of $2.45/Share

Anadarko Petroleum (NYSE: APC) reported Q4 EPS of ($2.45), which may not compare with the analyst estimate of ($1.09). Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.05 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.09 billion.

Q4 EPS includes certain items typically excluded by the investment community in published estimates. In total, these items increased the net loss by $954 million, or $1.88 per share (diluted), on an after-tax basis.
