Graham (NYSE: GHM) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.09 per share, or $0.36 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.08.

The dividend will be payable on February 25, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 11, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 9, 2016.
