Digital Realty Trust (DLR) Tops Q3 FFO by 5c

Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) reported Q3 FFO of $1.32, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.27. Revenue for the quarter came in at $436 million versus the consensus estimate of $425.75 million.

Digital Realty Trust sees FY2015 FFO of $5.12-$5.18, versus the consensus of $5.13.
