Realty Income (NYSE: O) reported Q3 FFO of $0.70, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.70. Revenue for the quarter came in at $258.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $256.44 million.

Realty Income sees FY2015 FFO of $2.72-$2.74, versus the consensus of $2.75.

Realty Income sees FY2016 FFO of $2.85-$2.90, versus the consensus of $2.85.
