Ventas (VTR) Tops Q3 FFO by 1c/Share

Ventas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q3 FFO of $1.09, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $1.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $827.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $849.5 million.

Ventas sees FY2015 FFO of $4.43 - $4.46, versus the consensus of $4.46.
