PPL Corp. (PPL) Tops Q2 EPS by 2c; Boosts FY15 EPS Outlook

PPL Corp. (NYSE: PPL) reported Q2 EPS of $0.49, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.78 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.94 billion.

PPL Corp. sees FY2015 EPS of $2.15-$2.25, versus prior guidance of $2.05-$2.25 and the consensus of $2.18.
