Alliance Holdings (NASDAQ: AHGP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.96 per share, or $3.84 annualized. This is a 2.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.9375.

The dividend will be payable on August 19, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 10, 2015.
