Transalta Corp. (NYSE: TAC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2015.
