Verint Systems (VRNT) Tops Q4 EPS by 4c, Lowers FY Guidance

Verint Systems (NASDAQ: VRNT) reported Q4 EPS of $1.19, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $1.15. Revenue for the quarter came in at $311.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $314.86 million.

Verint Systems sees FY2015 EPS of $3.55-$3.75, versus prior guidance of $3.65-$3.85 and the consensus of $3.76. Verint Systems sees FY2015 revenue of $1.2-1.25 billion, versus prior guidance of $1.23-1.28 billion and the consensus of $1.25 billion.
