Alphatec Holdings (ATEC) Misses Q4 EPS by 2c

Alphatec Holdings (NASDAQ: ATEC) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.03), $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.01). Revenue for the quarter came in at $53.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $54.81 million.

Alphatec Holdings sees FY2015 revenue of $215-222 million, versus the consensus of $218 million. Additionally, the Company expects annual adjusted EBITDA of $34 million to $37 million in 2015, representing a range of approximately 10% to 20% growth over 2014.
