Realty Income (O) Misses Q4 FFO by 1c/Share

Realty Income (NYSE: O) reported Q4 FFO of $0.65, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $247.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $233.9 million.

Realty Income sees FY2015 FFO of $2.66-$2.71, versus the consensus of $2.72.
