Zenta Group Company Limited (Nasdaq: ZTG) disclosed that its recently acquired subsidiary, ZentoAI Intelligent Technology Company Limited, has no confirmed customer purchase orders, signed commercial contracts, or binding customer commitments as of Sept. 24, 2026.

Zenta Group completed its acquisition of 100% of ZentoAI's shares on Sept. 11, 2026. Following the acquisition, the company conducted a review of ZentoAI's operations and commercial pipeline, during which it identified external developments it described as force majeure events that affected prospective customers' procurement plans.
