Zentek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZTEK) issued a correction to its Aug. 28, 2026, press release, clarifying that its common shares are expected to begin trading on the OTC Markets at the open of trading on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026. The earlier release incorrectly identified Sept. 2 as a Tuesday.

The company's primary listing on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol ZEN is unaffected. No shareholder action is required, and the number of shares held by each shareholder remains unchanged.

Zentek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZTEK) announced that its common shares will transition from the Nasdaq Capital Market to the OTC Markets Group on September 2, 2026, following a delisting notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC.
Nasdaq notified Zentek that its shares are non-compliant with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement. Trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market is expected to be suspended at the open of trading on September 2, 2026.

Zentek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZTEK) has been awarded a Government of Canada standing offer to supply HVAC filtration products, including its ZenGUARD Enhanced Air Filters, to federal facilities in the National Capital Region, according to a company statement.
