Dot Ai names tech veteran Avi Cohen to its board of directors

CID HoldCo, Inc., doing business as Dot Ai (NASDAQ: DAIC), announced the appointment of Avi Cohen to its board of directors, according to a company press release.

Cohen previously served as CEO of RR Media, where the company reported annual revenue of $140.3 million in 2015 before being acquired by SES S.A. in 2016 for $242 million. He then became CEO of MX1, the combined entity formed from RR Media and SES Platform Services. Earlier roles include executive positions at Orbit Technologies, KLA Corporation, and ECI Telecom.

ZOOZ Strategy Ltd. (NASDAQ: ZOOZ) announced a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of its ordinary shares will take effect before market open on June 1, 2026. The shares will trade on both the Nasdaq Capital Market and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the existing "ZOOZ" symbol following the split.

The reverse split received shareholder approval at the company's External General Meeting on May 11, 2026, with the specific 1-for-20 ratio approved by the board of directors the same day.
