YY Group launches logistics subsidiary, names managing director

YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) announced the incorporation of YY Logitech Pte. Ltd., a new subsidiary based in Singapore expected to focus on logistics, relocation, workforce solutions, and technology-enabled supply chain services, according to a press release.

Alongside the launch, YY Logitech appointed Sunther Manoher as Managing Director. Manoher has over 15 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, international relocation, and manpower sectors. He previously served as Sales and Operations Director at Prospect Logistics, a Singapore-based logistics services provider, and as Managing Director at Olympia Moving Services.

YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) has completed the acquisition of a 95% interest in Xtreme Solutions Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-incorporated distributor, for a total consideration of S$4.5 million (approximately US$3.5 million), according to a press release statement.

The consideration is payable through a combination of S$0.9 million in cash and Class A ordinary shares of YY Group valued at S$3.6 million. The shares will be subject to a 12-month lock-up period.

YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH), a Singapore-based manpower and integrated facility management services company, has appointed Ng Yansheng as Managing Director of YY Circle (SG) Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary.
