Yiren Digital reports AI agent gains in asset recovery ops

Yiren Digital Ltd. (NYSE: YRD) reported measurable productivity improvements in its asset-recovery operations following the broader deployment of AI agents across its enterprise workflows, according to a press release dated July 23, 2026.

The company said the human handling rate in asset-recovery operations fell from 45.0% to 24.9%, a decline of 20.1 percentage points. Service tickets handled per asset-recovery staff member in the applicable Month 1 workflow rose from 358 to 525, an increase of approximately 47%.

AI agents accounted for 81% of service tickets within eligible Day 1 asset-recovery workflows in 2025, up from 50% in 2024. The company also reported
