LQR House Inc. (NASDAQ: YHC) said its subsidiary YHC AI Limited has entered into a one-year agreement to purchase up to $3 million in AI computing resources powered by OpenAI technologies, according to a press release dated October 19, 2026.

The resources are intended to support AI-driven research, quantitative analytics, and automated portfolio optimization at another LQR House subsidiary, Fusion Five Continents Securities Limited.

Under the agreement, YHC AI Limited will procure access to the latest GPT models available in Singapore. The company made an initial $30,000 deposit, with the remaining amount payable depending on deployment requirements and usage during the contract

LQR House Inc. (NASDAQ: YHC) announced that Sean Dollinger has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 16, 2026, with Leo Chen assuming the role immediately.

The leadership change accompanies a strategic shift by the Miami Beach-based company away from spirits e-commerce toward its New Zealand-based acquisition, Fusion Five Continents Securities, and a technology agreement with ByteDance focused on AI compute for quantitative research.

As part of Dollinger's departure, LQR House's online spirits business will be transferred to a company owned by Kumar Abhishek, the outgoing Chief Financial Officer of LQR House.
