XXIX Metal issues shares to advance Pluto property option in Quebec

XXIX Metal Corp. (TSXV: XXIX) (OTCQB: QCCUF) has issued 287,403 common shares to Germanium Mining Corp., fulfilling a share issuance requirement under an option agreement that gives XXIX the right to acquire a 100% interest in the Pluto Property in Quebec's Chapais-Chibougamau region.

The shares were issued at a deemed price of C$0.174 per share, based on the 20-day volume-weighted average trading price on the TSX Venture Exchange ending September 8, 2026, satisfying a C$50,000 share consideration requirement. The shares carry a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
