XAI Floating Rate & Alternative Income Trust (NYSE: XFLT) announced the final results of its tender offer, which expired at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Oct. 19, 2026.

The offer sought up to 1,903,861 common shares, representing approximately 12.5% of the fund's outstanding common shares at a par value of $0.01 per share. Shareholders tendered 7,331,021 shares in total, exceeding the offer limit and resulting in a pro-ration factor of 26.01%.
