XCharge prices $4.375M direct offering with institutional investor

XCHG Limited (Nasdaq: XCH), an electric vehicle charging and energy solutions company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, announced a registered direct offering of 7,000,000 American depositary shares to a single global institutional investor, according to a press release.

The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to total approximately $4.375 million, before deducting placement agent commissions and other offering expenses. XCharge said it intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 29, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

XCharge (NASDAQ: XCH), an electric vehicle charging solutions company, announced its entry into the energy storage market with the launch of GridOne, an all-in-one photovoltaic energy storage system targeting commercial and industrial applications.
