W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) disclosed it has visibility into more than $1.9 billion in investment volume for full-year 2026, including approximately $1.4 billion completed year to date, according to a company statement issued Sept. 10, 2026.

The net lease REIT also updated its outlook for tenant credit-related rent loss, citing receipt of August rent from Hellweg and an expectation of collecting additional rent from the tenant during the second half of 2026. The company said it also expects to recognize bank guarantees covering up to three months of lease-related damages associated with Hellweg.
