Wilton Resources closes second tranche of private placement at $578,800

Wilton Resources Inc. (TSXV: WIL) has closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, bringing total aggregate gross proceeds to $578,800, according to a press release dated September 29, 2026.

The offering was originally announced on August 18, 2026, and revised on August 25, 2026, with a maximum of 2,500,000 units priced at $0.25 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable at $0.30 per share for 24 months following closing.

The Calgary-based company previously closed an initial tranche of 1,860,000 units. The second tranche added 455,200 units.
