Vortex Metals raises private placement size to $1.4M

Vortex Metals Inc. (TSXV: VMS) (OTCQB: VMSSF) has increased its non-brokered private placement from up to 20,000,000 units to up to 28,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit, raising potential gross proceeds to $1,400,000, according to a company statement.

The company closed a first tranche on August 11, 2026, issuing 9,710,000 units for gross proceeds of $485,500. A second tranche of up to 18,290,000 units, targeting gross proceeds of up to $914,500, is expected to close by October 24, 2026, following an extension granted by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase

(TSXV: VMS) (OTCQB: VMSSF) (FSE: DM8) ("Vortex" or the "Company") announces that due to significant demand, it has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of securities (the "Offering") from up to 20,000,000 units (the "Units") to up to 28,000,000 Units at a price of $0.05 per Unit, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,400,000 under the Offering.

The Company closed the first tranche of the Offering on August 11, 2026 through the issuance of 9,710,000 Units for gross proceeds of $485,500.

(TSXV: VMS) (FSE: DM8) (OTCQB: VMSSF) ("Vortex" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed a large (180 SqKm), detailed helicopter airborne geophysical survey over its Illapel copper-silver project in Choapa province of the Coquimbo Region (Region IV) of nothern Chile and has received the final report from the survey. The survey was designed to define geology, alteration and structure over the entire concession-area, and will be fundamental in the definition of targets for detailed follow-up by geophysics and drilling.
