Veru Inc. (NASDAQ: VERU) announced it has completed enrollment in its Phase 2b PLATEAU clinical trial, which exceeded its target of approximately 200 patients. The study is evaluating oral enobosarm 3 mg in combination with semaglutide in older patients with obesity.

The double-blind, placebo-controlled trial enrolls patients aged 65 and older with a body mass index of 35 or higher who are initiating semaglutide treatment for weight reduction.
