Urban Infrastructure Group Inc. (TSXV: UIG) announced that Luca Filice has resigned from his positions as Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company, effective September 25, 2026.

Gary Alves, Chief Executive Officer of UIG, said in a statement: "We sincerely thank Luca for his hard work, commitment and contributions to UIG. We appreciate the time he has spent with the Company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."

Urban Infrastructure Group Inc. (TSXV: UIG), a stage-one concrete and drainage infrastructure construction company, has been awarded a contract to build 144 residential units in Kitchener, Ontario, according to a press release.

The contract is part of an ongoing multi-phase master-planned residential community that UIG has been supporting. Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026 and is expected to be completed within approximately six months.
