Tradewinds Universal adds licensing model to its venue expansion plan

Tradewinds Universal (OTCID: TRWD), a holding company focused on adult hospitality businesses, announced it has developed a licensing-based expansion strategy to complement its existing acquisition model, according to a press release statement.

The company said the strategy draws on its recently acquired SMS/MMS communications technology platform and payment infrastructure, which it intends to license to nightlife venue operators. Under the model, TRWD would establish technology and payment relationships with club operators before deciding whether to pursue a full acquisition.
