Trio-Tech International (NASDAQ: TRT) has secured a three-year production burn-in contract with a new automotive semiconductor customer operating across Europe and North America, according to a company statement.

Trio-Tech International to move listing from NYSE to Nasdaq

Trio-Tech International (NYSE MKT: TRT), a semiconductor back-end solutions and electronic equipment supplier, announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq Global Market.

The company expects its shares to begin trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol TRT at the opening of trading on September 16, 2026. Its stock will continue to trade on the NYSE MKT through the close of market on September 15, 2026.
