&lt;p&gt;Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. (TSXV: VCT) (OTCQB: TORVF) has received an initial purchase order from Northern Ore Resources to process 40,000 metric tonnes of vermiculite, the company said in a statement based on a commercial toll processing agreement announced July 7, 2026.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The purchase order represents the first annual commitment under the agreement, which provides for approximately $4.0 million in annual processing revenue at a fee of $100 per metric tonne. Volt also confirmed receipt of a 2.5% equity interest in Northern Ore as part of the arrangement.&lt;/p&gt;
